Japanese Investment in Cambodia is Increasing


Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, Mr. MIKAMI Masahiro, in a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia on February 12, 2020, said that “Japanese investors have worked with Cambodian institutions, especially the CDC. In addition to the cooperation between the two countries’ institutions, he informed the Prime Minister that Japan is cooperating with the Ministry of Mines and Energy in the power sector, having already held talks with HE Suy Sem and will continue discuss on how to promote cooperation in the electricity sector.
