The Phnom Penh-Preah Sihanouk Expressway construction project, with a total length of 190 km, will reach 20.65% and achieve 88.84% impact by April 2020. According to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport on May 19, 2020.
The Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville expressway company said recently that the construction of the road was disturb by 12 light poles where the team could not build a second road against an environmentally to take the machinery in managed area.
Sihanoukville provincial governor Kouch Chamroeun said that the challenge to the provincial administration’s lighthouse would send a team to inspect and construct a temporary road construction site in order to get the machinery in place.
The Project was inaugurated on March 22, 2020 by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Construction of the road is expected to take 48 months and is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2022 with an investment budget of $ 2 billion.
