Dubai: China Railway 18th Bureau Group has begun construction on the world’s tallest building, located in Dubai Marina, and will open in 2023. The hotel aims to be a tourist attraction all over the world, similar to other Dubai skyscrapers.

The project was developed by Dubai-based The First Group and is a global real estate developer along with a portfolio of high-end hotels, residential properties, Food and beverages brands, and property management services.

Ciel Tower is the first and most luxurious project of The First Group. The tower will reach a height of 368.6 meters and will have 1,100 rooms with a swimming pool with a length of 320 meters.

As the tallest hotel in the world, Ciel Tower aims to attract local and international tourists to the city, in imitation of other high-rise buildings in Dubai, especially the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. .

The China Railway 18th Bureau Group of China is an entity of the China Railway Construction Corporation, and is involved in the construction of high-speed railways, hydropower projects, skyscrapers, and metro systems around the world.

Special Features of the hotel, which have not been made public, are: The tower has been designed by award-winning architects and is the architect of the international Norr building design company.

Ciel Tower is made entirely of glass, allowing visitors to experience 360-degree views. Not yet completed, the hotel has become an award-winning three prizes, the Best International Hotel Architecture, the Best Hotel Architecture in Arabia, and Best Residential High-Rise Architecture Arabia. The hotel’s investment has not been made official.
